Strategy Inc. has acquired 10,624 BTC for $962.7 million between December 1 and December 7, 2025. The purchase was entirely financed through at-the-market equity sales, further boosting the company’s substantial Bitcoin holding.

Michael Saylor, a proponent of Bitcoin, led this strategic acquisition. The company raised capital by selling 5,127,684 shares of common stock and 442,536 shares of preferred stock, accumulating a total of $963 million to fund the purchase.
